Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruz promote Raid in style
Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruz have teamed up for the second time in the film Raid. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the movie is slated to release on March 16, 2018.

Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruz are leaving no stone unturned in promoting their upcoming film Raid. They have been doing several public appearances and also interacting with the media much to the excitement of their fans.
Today, Ajay and Ileana were clicked while promoting their hard-hitting film in the city. Ajay sported a simple yet handsome look wearing a red checkered shirt with blue distressed jeans and brown shoes. While Ileana looked pretty in a flowy off-shoulder dress with a thin brown belt tied around the waist.
Both were all smiles while posing for the shutterbugs present there.

Director by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film also stars Saurabh Shukla in vital roles. In Raid, Ajay plays the role of a deputy commissioner of Income Tax. The film is slated to release on March 16, 2018.
Talking about his role, Ajay Devgn had earlier said, "The character is very heroic but the struggle was that it is a real character. So we had to make a conscious effort to keep it real. Even if he has to say a punch line it should look like it is said by a real person. We have done our best to portray the character as realistically as possible, but now time will tell if the audience will like it."
While Ileana spoke about her character to a leading daily saying, "Even though the film is about the raid with Ajay (Devgn) as an income tax officer, I do have a pivotal role. I admit, in terms of footage, it’s not large, but it’s an interesting part of the film. My character is not a demure biwi from the ’80s. She is sensible, speaks her mind and is quite the force behind him. The equation between them comes out in the songs and in the emotional scenes where you realise she is worried for him yet tries to put up a brave front."
