Aiyaary: Sidharth Malhotra shares a candid picture with Manoj Bajpayee from the sets of their film
Sidharth Malhotra will be seen in Neeraj Pandey's Aiyaary.
Sidharth Malhotra is currently shooting for Neeraj Pandey's Aiyaary. Along with him, the very talented Manoj Bajpayee is also the part of the film.
Today, the Ek Villain actor shared a picture with Manoj from the film's set. In the picture, the two are indulged in some fun conversation. Sid shared this picture on his Twitter page.
He captioned it, 'The deception ends soon! 2 Months To Aiyaary @BajpayeeManoj @aiyaary'.
Sidharth was last seen in Ittefaq that also starred Sonakshi Sinha and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles. The film was appreciated by the critics as well as the audience.
About working with Manoj Bajpayee, the actor had said in an interview, "It’s the same with Manoj Bajpayee. I think that since Manoj Bajpayee is from theatre he is more pure as an actor, and he was far more involved in helping me, and making the environment nice and comfortable for me in Aiyaary, even though we have very few scenes together in the film."
Over the course of five years, Sidharth has explored different genres like romance, comedy, thriller, action and more. During an interaction with a leading website, Sidharth was asked if it was a deliberate move to try on different genres. To which he replied, "Absolutely. Right from the beginning, I have tried to do that. My first three films were of different genres. My first film was Student Of The Year, and obviously, you don’t choose your first film. After that, I did Hasee Toh Phasee, a quirky, offbeat love story. Then Ek Villain happened, which was totally different from the previous two films. And when something like Ek Villain happens, it gives you a lot of hope and confidence to keep changing genres because you don’t know what works, what clicks with the audience. They might accept you in a certain kind of movie, they might accept you more in a certain kind of role, get excited etc. After that, I just kept reacting instinctively, trying more zones."
Aiyaary is slated to release on January 26, 2018.
