Aiyaary: Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet go the sporty route in the city
Sidharth Malhotra is being paired opposite Rakul Preet for the first time in Aiyaary. Sidharth will be seen as an army officer in the movie. Sidharth and Rakul were recently spotted in the city and were their sporty best. Aiyaary is slated to release on January 26, 2018.
Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet along with Manoj Bajpayee will be seen in Aiyaary which is an espionage thriller. Both Sidharth and Manoj will be donning the uniform as they play army officers with Bajpayee being Malhotra's mentor.
Sidharth and Rakul were spotted in the city today as they are busy with the promotions of their upcoming movie. Both opted for a sporty look as the paparazzi clicked their photos.
Sidharth looked handsome in a navy blue tee, a black hoodie and black track pants along with dark blue and black sneakers, a black snapback and black sunglasses. On the other hand, Rakul looked pretty in a black crop top and brown track pants along with black sneakers, a dark blue snapback and black sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Sidharth and Rakul's chemistry in Aiyaary's song Lae Dooba has been appreciated by many and the romantic track is on everyone's playlist.
Meanwhile, in an interview with a leading trade website, Sidharth spoke about how working with Manoj has helped him out as an actor. He said, "I think that since Manoj Bajpayee is from theatre he is more pure as an actor, and he was far more involved in helping me, and making the environment nice and comfortable for me in Aiyaary, even though we have very few scenes together in the film."
"It is more of a cat-and-mouse game but after the shoot, we would always talk about the performance. He conducts workshops himself, he is an acting coach, in a way. I think with Manoj, I have had more of a mentor-student relationship and that is what the film is about. It’s been great and I have learnt a lot from him in Aiyaary. He would take the time to discuss certain scenes, the prep he had done, and how important it is for an actor to work on his craft. He would teach me little things about acting every day. He used to give me exercises to bring out the best in me as an actor. With him, it has been a great learning experience from just talking to him about acting, to exercises and preparation," Sidharth revealed.
Directed by Neeraj Pandey, Aiyaary is slated to release on January 26, 2018.
