Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a true diva- an epitome of grace and beauty. She has charmed the audience with her vivacious personality. Aishwarya is in the capital city wherein she will be awarded with Women Achievers Award 2017 from President of India. In the award ceremony, Aishwarya met Maneka Gandhi and posed for the shutterbugs.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aishwarya will next be seen in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Fanne Khan. The movie which is being helmed by Atul Manjrekar also stars Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Divya Dutta and will see Aishwarya play the role of a glamourised singer.
Fanne Khan is slated for a June 2018 release
Reportedly. Aishwarya has also been approached for Raat Aur Din's remake.
If Aishwarya does sign on the dotted line, she will be stepping into the shoes of legendary actress Nargis' character Varuna. For Raat Aur Din, Nargis was facilitated with National Film Award for Best Actress.
For the uninitiated, Raat Aur Din chronicles the life of Varuna who suffers from a multiple personality disorder. During the day, she is Varuna, a humble homemaker but by night, she transforms into the mysterious Peggy. The movie also starred Pradeep Kumar and Feroz Khan and was directed by Satyen Bose. This time, the remake will be helmed by Siddharth Anand.
