Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan arrive in style at Kaajal Anand’s birthday bash, View pics

Today, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan along with Karan Johar hosted a grand birthday bash for their close friend, Kaajal Anand at Mannat. We saw the who’s who of Bollywood turning up in style at the bash. 

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were also clicked arriving at the star-studded bash. Abhishek was seen in a black outfit, whereas Aishwarya looked stunning in a golden outfit which she teamed with red lipstick. The two even waved out to the paparazzi.

During an interview with a leading magazine, the actor was all praise for Ash for being a supermom. He had said, "When she became a mother her career took a backseat. Today, she does everything for Aaradhya. She is supermom.  Soon after Aaradhya was born, the media went at her about her weight gain. Nasty things were written, which really upset me. If that upset her, she said nothing. Water off a duck’s back, said Aishwarya when she saw me perturbed. Anyone who knows her would know that she has never spent a day in the gym. The only time was when we were shooting Dhoom 2 (2006), and Uday Chopra, Hrithik Roshan and I dragged her."
 
On the work front, Aishwarya will next be seen in Fanne Khan which also stars Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Divya Dutta in lead roles. Aishwarya will be playing a glamourous singer in the movie. On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in Manmarziyan. The film will be directed by Anurag Kashyap. It will also star Taapsee Pannu in the lead role.

Also, there are reports that Aishwarya and Abhishek will be reuniting after a long time in the remake of the 1973 classic film, Abhimaan. The original film starred Abhishek's father and mother, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bhaduri (Bachchan) in the lead.
