Aamir Khan launches the new song from Secret Superstar.

Aamir Khan launched the first song of his next film Secret Superstar at an event in Mumbai. The movie, which marks the debut of Aamir's ex manager Advait Chandan, stars Zaira Wasim in the lead.
The trailer of the movie received a huge thumbs up when it released a few weeks back. Today, Aamir unveiled the first song Main Kaun Hoon along with composer Amit Trivedi and the singer Meghna Mishra. The song is penned by Kausar Munir.
Aamir also shared the song on his Twitter page with a caption that read, "Hey guys, presenting the 1st song of Secret Superstar and along with that, one of the secret superstars of Secrey Superstar... Meghna. Thank you Amit, thank you Kausar. Hope you like it. Love. A."
However, Zaira Wasim was missing from the event and we wonder what led the young girl skip the event.
In an event, Aamir while talking about the film, said, "Secret Superstar as the title in the film refers to Zaira and of course, Zaira is a huge star but it's no longer a secret. She was a secret superstar until Dangal had released. But I must tell you that Secret Superstar has got many secret superstars in it. Slowly one by one we will be revealing each one of the superstars as we go along this journey and Advait is certainly one of them. When you see the film you'll realise what a beautiful story he has written and how well he had made the film."
Secret Superstar traces the journey of Zaira Wasim, who plays a 14-year-old girl named Insia who desires to be a singer much to the chagrin of her dad. She then decides to make her own YouTube channel in which she posts videos of herself singing while covering her face in a burkha. She is then scouted by Aamir's character who is a music director and is impressed by Insia's musical gift.
