PICS: Vidya Balan looks lovely as she gets clicked in the city

Vidya Balan is clicked here by the paps in the city. The lovely actress, who was dressed in a black outfit looked pretty and cheerful as always. Vidya was holding a bouquet of flowers and was accompanied by hubby Siddharth Roy Kapur. 

Vidya, who is vocal about her thoughts on various issues, recently commented on the topic of Nepotism. She said, "With due respect to everyone who embroidered this controversy, I am bored with this discussion on nepotism. I mean I am seriously bored on who is on which side of the debate these days. I turn the page of the newspaper the moment I see the word... I am not interested."

On the work front, the actress has been busy with her project, Tumhari Sulu, directed by Suresh Triveni and produced under the banners of T-Series and Ellipsis Entetainment.

Vidya spoke about the movie saying, "We are paying a tribute to Sridevi with the song Hawa Hawai.. I loved shooting the film, and now the film is in post-production and I am chilling."

Vidya is also returning as ambassador of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM), which will be held this year August 10-22, showcasing over 60 films. She is happy about women representation at the gala.

"I am excited by the work of female directors and writers who have their work showing at the festival. Over the past few years, a new generation of Indian filmmakers has begun to shine on the global stage," Vidya said in a statement.
