Shubh Mangal Saavdhan Trailer Launch: Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar make for a handsome pair
Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar were snapped at the trailer launch of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
Winning hearts with their sweet and innocent chemistry in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar are set to reignite their onscreen romance in Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
The trailer launch of the movie was today and the leading pair were snapped by shutterbugs. The duo was all smiles for the paparazzi as they posed for some quirky pictures. At the event, they put their funny foot forward and were seen laughing up a storm as well as covering their faces feeling shy as they watched the trailer with the audience present there.
Ayushmaan looked dapper wearing cotton pants with a powder blue asymmetrical shirt which had zipper detail and an ivory silk jacket to layer over the look.
Bhumi looked gorgeous wearing a dusty pink hue silk lehenga with a high neck blouse that has a sheer overlay with a cold shoulder. The sheer overlay has white embroidered detail all over it. Gold earrings and ring with simple and creamy makeup rounded her look.

Directed by R S Prasanna and produced by Aanand L. Rai, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan is slated to release on September 1, 2017.
In an interview, RS Prasanna said, "I wouldn’t say it is a complete remake of Kalyana Samayal Sadham. It is an entirely new film with the same basic theme and soul. ‘Spiritual remake’ is the correct word for it. We will soon come out with the official announcement about the cast and the crew."
He also feels that collaborating with filmmaker Aanand L Rai is an achievement. He added, "I figured that even if the film didn’t materialize, getting a chance to sit and discuss it with Aanand L Rai sir itself was a success. It was a great experience working with him."
