Here are two new posters of the Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central.

Here are a couple of new posters from Farhan Akhtar's film titled Lucknow Central where he will be seen as an aspiring Bhojpuri actor and a prisoner. He will be also seen as a fan of Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari. In the latest posters, Farhan Akhtar is seen holding a slate which says "Lucknow Central, plan kuch aur hai (there is another plan)".

Also seen in the posters are Ronit Roy, Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, and Rajesh Sharma. The film, produced by Nikkhil Advani and directed by Ranjit Tiwari, is set in the backdrop of jail.

Also starring Diana Penty, Lucknow Central is slated to hit the theatres on September 15.

Producer Nikkhil Advani had said about the movie, "We are extremely excited about this project as it’s a unique concept set against the backdrop of a jail and its inmates. The stellar ensemble cast adds further charm and intrigue to the film and we can’t wait to bring this captivating drama to the viewers."

The film made headlines for its massive sets at the Film City studio in Goregaon. “Nikhil Advani said he wants to make the jail look huge and scary.The makers kick started with the layout, drawings and fashioned a few 3D models," Amit Ray, the man behind the vast sets, told a leading daily.

Ronit had said about his role in the movie, " I'm doing Lucknow Central. I am playing the role of a jailer. According to me, the character is exactly the way he should be."
