PICS: Hrithik Roshan makes a quick appearance in the city over the weekend

Hrithik Roshan is back in the city after a brief vacation in the New York City with his estranged wife Sussanne Khan. The Bollywood superstar was spotted in the city most recently.

The Kaabil star looked dapper in his casual avatar over the weekend as we clicked him getting into his car.

Hrithik was snapped in a blue tee shirt and an off white chinos and he completed his look with his cliché baseball cap and geeky specks.

He seemed to be a bit busy as he did not pose for the cameras.

For the unversed, we saw Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan hanging out with dear friends Karan Johar and Gauri Khan among others, in New York City. Though divorced, Hrithik and Sussanne often holiday together with their boys, or close friends. However, it seems that this time, the two also spent some quality time together.

On the work front, there are reports that the actor will be playing mathematician Anand Kumar in a biopic, and he also has a sports film in his kitty.

Hrithik was in the news recently when a tabloid reported that the Hrithik Roshan - Yami Gautam movie Kaabil, may be up for a Hollywood remake. Director Sanjay Gupta had revealed: "It's true that Fox, through Tomas Jegeus (president, Fox International Productions), has approached Hrithik. Even though the developments are too premature to talk about at this moment, it is an honour for the team. What is also exciting is that Kaabil has been declared the best film of 2017 via an online poll. So, it's a double win for us."

The leading daily had reported Rakesh Roshan as saying, "The screenplay was hard-hitting, and the drama, gripping. It would make for a wonderful Hollywood adaptation, given that it has all the necessary emotions. It struck gold at the box-office because it was about a visually-impaired lover seeking revenge."
