Showstopper Sonam Kapoor looks ethereal at the Abu Sandeep fashion show

Sonam Kapoor today was the showstopper for the Asal by Abu Sandeep show. The Bollywood fashionista looked breathtaking in a traditional, silver white, creation by the designers. 

Sandeep and Abu Jani unveiled their new couture bridal collection in the capital city today. Talking about the collection, Sandeep said: "It is our most ambitious and extravagant collection to date. The collection is a scintillating mix of ranges that together spell absolute fantasy. Deeply romantic and decidedly diverse, these ranges feature a fabulous feast of fabrics and techniques. The silhouettes too embrace the entire spectrum from Indian to western, and classical to ultra contemporary."

This collection knows neither borders nor limits. It is quite simply our hearts and creative imagination running wild and free," Sandeep added. 

Many Bollywood stars including Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Amrita singh, Disha Patani attended the grand show and supported the designers in their new venture.

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor has been busy with her projects - the Sanjay Dutt biopic, Padman and Veere Di Wedding. Veere..is her home production venture and features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar.

Sonam and sis Rhea Kapoor have also been busy with their own clothing label, which they have been promoting aggressively.
