PICS: Alia Bhatt sports the sans make up look during a work meeting

Alia Bhatt was clicked by the paps in the city today. The pretty actress was seen sporting a sans make up look and was donning a black number for her work meet. 

Alia recently attended the IIFA 2017 Awards ceremony in New York City. The actress, who rocked the stage with her groovy moves, was also the big winner of the night. She won the Best Actor award for her performance in the critically acclaimed movie Udta Punjab while her co-star Shahid Kapoor won the Best Actor award for the same movie.

Both Shahid and Alia were emotional about winning the award for a film which made its way to the big screen after fighting the censor board, and let mainstream performers like them take up something risky.

Alia is currently busy with her project Gully boy helmed by Zoya Akhtar. She will feature opposite Ranveer Singh in the movie. She will also work on Meghna Gulzar's Raazi. Meghna, who has earlier made films like Filhaal... and Talvar, is the daughter of celebrated writer Gulzar and veteran actress Raakhee.

For Raazi, which narrates the story of a Kashmiri girl marred to a Pakistani Army officer, she has cast actors Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. "Kashmir. A large part of my childhood was spent here on outdoor shoots of my mother and father. Returning for my film. Surreal. Raazi," Meghna had tweeted. Along with the post, Meghna posted a photograph of a lake during sunset and the setting looks breathtaking with its mirror image on the serene water. The mountains in the backdrop add a hint of drama -- giving a sense of what to expect from Raazi.
