After IIFA Awards 2017, Karan Johar hangs out with Gauri Khan in New York
Gauri Khan shared a picture with Karan Johar on Instagram.
While Shah Rukh Khan is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie Jab Harry Met Sejal, Gauri Khan is in vacation mode in New York and joining her is none other than family friend and filmmaker Karan Johar. Karan was in NYC for the IIFA Awards as he hosted the event with Saif Ali Khan.
Now that the award show is over, Karan is spending some quality time with Gauri. Gauri took to Instagram to share a picture with Karan as they hung out in the Big Apple. Gauri looked pretty in a v-neck pleated top with ripped white jeans and sunglasses while Karan looked handsome in a black tee, army green jacket and black jeans along with an army green backpack.
Her caption reads as, "Brunch @Felix ."
In an interview with a leading daily recently, when Shah Rukh was asked if he and Gauri are content with the way life has turned out to be for them, the actor revealed, "Just recently, when we (Gauri and he) were sitting and chatting with our children next to us, it seemed like a dream. We both genuinely believe that we had been living a dream for 25-26 years. I was married the day I came here and it’s been a good dream. A lovely dream, which we are happy about. Also, my kids have been brought up in a space where they accept the fact that my life belongs to the world. I think my wife and my sister too believe that. But there’s a private part of me, which the world doesn’t know at all. They enjoy that part. They have taken that part to heart. They feel, that ‘okay, this part is totally ours and to be honest, they aren’t involved with the other part of my life at all."
