Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma embrace their artsy side in New York

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are one of the most charming couples that we absolutely adore. The two are currently on vacation mode in New York and are spending some much needed quality time as both of them are engrossed in their respective careers. 

Virat took to Instagram to share some snaps from his visit to the Met Cloisters. The cricketer looked handsome in a grey tee and blue jeans with white sneakers.

And who else was snapped at the same venue? None other than Virat's lady love Anushka Sharma. We got our hands on pictures of the actress and her friend. Anushka looked cute as a button in a yellow woollen sweater and patchwork jeans with black studded ballerinas.

Recently, Virat took to Instagram to share a selfie with Anushka and his caption will make your heart melt. His caption reads as, "Much needed break with my heart."

The two were even snapped together at a store where they went shopping together. The photo which circulated on social media led to many hilarious memes.

In a recent interview with a sports channel, Virat opened up about Anushka and explained how she has been a part of his life during the crucial moments of his career. He said, "I was in Mohali and there was a test series going on. I was with Anushka then, she had come to visit me. Surprisingly, when I was made Test Captain, then also she was in Melbourne with me. That was a very special moment we shared together. "

The cricketer added, "During the Mohali incident, they had spoken to me already. When I hung up the phone and told her, for me it was like a flashback. From the moment I started playing in my academy till the Mohali game. I was emotional, I was in tears because I had never thought that I will see this day. What was more beautiful was that I was able to share it with Anushka. It was something that I will always remember."
