Shahid Kapoor and daughter Misha Kapoor are having a blast in New York City.
Shahid Kapoor is in New York City, gearing up for the big IIFA 2017 awards ceremony. Shahid, who will be rocking the stage with his performance on the big night, was clicked landing in the city a few days back, along with wife Mira and daughter Misha.
The who's who of Bollywood is in NYC gearing up for the weekend gala night. Apart from Shahid, there will be performances by Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, and Sushant Singh Rajput among others.
Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan are all geared up to host the IIFA awards night. Both Karan and Saif -- known for their quick wit -- have hosted past IIFA galas, but this is the first time they will share the responsibility together. "This year, it's going to be super fun and glamorous in every way as Karan and I are going to have lots of surprises in store for our fans," said Saif, who is there with his daughter Sara Ali Khan.
This evening, there's IIFA Rocks - a musical gala at the MetLife Stadium, featuring the Oscar winning composer Rahman performing live to celebrate his 25th anniversary in filmdom. "We have a great orchestra from New York, and our own band... I think it's going to be special," said Rahman. Apart from him, Diljit and Kamaal Khan will also dazzle at the musical extravaganza.
