PICS: Saif Ali Khan and other stars arrive at New York City for IIFA 2017

We saw Saif Ali Khan at the Mumbai airport yesterday, leaving for US. Here he is clicked at New York City, all set to take it by storm. The IIFA 2017 awards ceremony will kick-start on the 13th and will continue through the 15th. Saif will host the main awards show along with Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan. Saif has been prepping for it for sometime now. He mentioned during the IIFA presscon that he is looking forward to all the fun. He also said that he would like to host a show a show with the witty and interesting Shah Rukh Khan. That sure would be fun, wouldn't it?

Also seen here is Ayan Mukerji, who is busy with his Ranbir Kapoor film these days. The movie features Alia Bhatt opposite Ranbir for the very first time.  Manish Paul, who will host the IIFA Rocks show, is also clicked here on his arrival in the US.

The IIFA Rocks 2017 show is a celebration of 25 years of Oscar winning talent A.R. Rahman. It will also feature a medley of musicians including Rahman, Diljit Dosanjh, Benny Dayal, Javed Ali, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi and Haricharan Seshadri. Manish will be joined by the inimitable Riteish Deshmukh. The show is to be held a day before the main awards event.

This is the second time that the IIFA extravaganza is taking place in the US. It was earlier held in Tampa Bay in 2014.

The award show is much awaited. Organizers have also announced a nationwide contest in the US allowing interested candidates to submit their entries on the online platform and getting a chance to dance on the stage as part of one of the acts.
