Alia Bhatt clicked in a cheerful mood during her outing in the city

Alia Bhatt has not started filming any of her new signed movies and hence she has some time on her hands to chill out in the city. The young and talented actress was spotted in a cheerful mood in the city today evening.

Alia looked cute in a stylish white top which she paired it with light khaki pants. The Highway star was seen laughing over something funny and we really wonder made her cracking.

On the work front, Alia will soon be seen Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi which is based on Harinder Sikka's book, Calling Sehmat. The film will also star Masaan actor Vicky Kaushal.

Alia will be seen playing a Kashmiri girl who married a Pakistani army officer and provides the Indian army with vital information. In an interview with a leading tabloid, the actress got candid about Raazi. She said, "I am learning how to drive a jeep, which will be my mean machine in the film." "It's based on a true story and it's important to get the layers of the character right. I've been reading and re-reading the script for more than a month to absorb every bit of what the story holds. Meghna and I often sit and understand the character's psyche, which will hopefully enrich my performance," Alia stated as she is well aware that the role is a challenging one.

On working with Meghna, Alia revealed, "She has such clarity on how she wants things; her eye for detail is amazing. She is running the show single-handedly and is doing a great job. Her passion is infectious."
