Arjun Kapoor rang in his birthday bash in style with near and dear ones today. After cutting a cake with the media, Arjun joined his friends, who had come over to wish him on his 32nd birthday. Seen here are Karan Johar and Aditya Roy Kapur. Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh also attended Arjun's bash tonight. 

On the work front, Arjun was last seen in the movie Half Girlfriend. However, the movie did not fare well at the box office.  Arjun will next be seen in Mubarakan in a double role as Karan and Charan.

The movie also features Arjun's uncle Anil Kapoor. Anil had said recently about the movie, "When Boney Kapoor or Arjun's mother watch this film, or for that matter all our friends, it should be Arjun's most successful film ever. When the movie will become successful, only then Anees (Bazmee) and I will be happy. That is the spirit with which we have made this film."

"It has been a wonderful and emotional experience working with Arjun Kapoor. He is my relative, he is like my son, he is my brother's son. I think it was very emotional-professionalism working with him," Anil said. "I was professional, I was competitive, but before every scene, I would discuss with director Anees Bazmee that we're working with Arjun Kapoor for the first time. And it should be Arjun's best film ever," he added.

Mubarakan is slated for release on July 28.

Sharing his experience Arjun said: "It was quite a challenging role because of comedy timing and a big star cast. While I am acting with so many co-actors, I was also a co-actors to myself."

Asked which one is his personal favourite double role Hindi films, Arjun said: "Kishen Kanhaiya, I think that is the most under-rated entertaining film of my growing up days. I loved it! It was a true story of an underdog."
