Shraddha Kapoor shares a new poster of Haseena Parkar; movie to release in August
Here's the new poster of Shraddha Kapoor's Haseena Parkar.
Shraddha Kapoor shared a new poster of her upcoming biopic. The film earlier titled Haseena: Queen of Mumbai is now called Haseena Parkar.
In the new poster, Shraddha is seen in a burkha only showing off her fierce eyes. The poster has the caption says, "Atthasi cases darj par court mein hajri sirf ek baar"
Wow, that's intense!
Haseena Parkar is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and presented by Swiss Entertainment. It has been produced by Nahid Khan. The movie was earlier set to release on July 14, 2017, along with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos. The film was then reportedly delayed to July 28, 2017, alongside Arjun Kapoor's Mubarakan. And, now, as per the poster, the movie will finally hit the screens on August 18, 2017.
Haseena Parkar also stars Shraddha's brother Siddhanth Kapoor playing the role of Dawood Ibrahim in the film.
A few days back, the team of the film was spotted in the city of Pune to shoot a crucial sequence. Talking about it, a source said to a daily, "Shraddha spent Tuesday canning her portions, which include a court sequence at Deccan College and a theatre in the vicinity that were cordoned off for the shoot. The college has been converted into a court for the shoot. When Shraddha was informed that the shoot is happening in Pune, she was excited to travel by road as she has fond memories of the city. As a child, she would often travel to the city by road to visit her late maternal grandparents who lived there."
