Recently, when Sushmita was asked as to what is keeping her away from movies,  she had said that though she has been reading scripts, there is nothing concrete and nice that has come her way. She hasn't got any appealing script. 

On the work front, after doing comedy, drama and horror, Sushmita had revealed that she is keen on exploring romance.

"I have explored comedy, horror films and the depth of drama and emotions. Now, I want to do an amazing romance in a romantic film. I want to do the role of a mature woman," stated the former Miss Universe.
