PICS: Deepika Padukone leaves for home town Bengaluru to catch up with family

Deepika Padukone has had a busy year. After the release of her Hollywood flick, xXx Return of Xander Cage, Deepika has been busy with the shoot of her Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Padmavati. The movie, which also features Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor as the male leads, is much awaited.

Deepika had also attended some international fasion events including the MET Gala and Cannes 2017 film festival. At Cannes, Deepika shone bright as the debut star of the international cosmetic brand that she was representing. Her looks at the festival won her a thumbs up from fashion critics all over. She was joined by the Cannes veterans Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. 

Well, it's only right that Deepika deserves her little break now. The dimpled beauty of Bollywood is clicked here by the paps, heading towards hometown Bengaluru. We know that Deepika is close to her family and dotes on them. Her happy look at the airport, says it all, doesn't it?

Deepika looked stylish in a light blue top and denim pants. She smiled for the paps and she went ahead to catch her flight.

Recently, Deepika was in the news for posting a bold picture of herself, on her social media handle. The power house actress became the latest vicitm of slut-shaming when trolls decided to call her out for the picture. However, the actress, who is generally outspoken, decided to ignore the trolls this time.
