In Pics: Shahid Kapoor looks dapper in his bearded, Padmavati look

Shahid Kapoor is clicked here at the Mumbai airport sporting his bearded look, which is for his film Padmavati. Shahid looked dapper in a bright blue tee teamed with denims. 

Shahid has been busy working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's multi-starrer, which also features Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Shahid plays Deepika aka Rani Padmavati's husband in the film and has been prepping for it for some time now. The power house actor was last seen in the movie Rangoon alongside Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut. However, the movie was unfortunately a dud at the box office.

Shahid recently clocked a 14-year journey in the Hindi film industry. The 36-year-old actor, who made his acting debut in 2003 with Ishq Vishk has had a stellar career in Bollywood. The Rangoon actor took to Twitter to thank his fans for all the wishes.  "Thanks peeps for the many wishes. 14 years of doing what I love. Beauty of cinema, you always feel like a student. Too much to learn," Shahid tweeted. "Too much to achieve. Too little time. Time to put my blinders on and run like there's no tomorrow. Gratitude and love. For believing in me," he added. 

Besides work, Shahid has been spending quality time with his little daughter Misha Kapoor. The much loved star often takes to his social media handle to share pictures and videos of the little one. He recently shared an adorable photograph of himself along with his daughter Misha enjoying some time in the pool. "Pool time with missy. Best times," Shahid captioned the image. 

Shahid, who is married to Delhi-based Mira Rajput, welcomed Misha on August 26 last year. 

Shahid's brother Ishaan Khattar is also hoping for an acting career as he is debuting with Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi's Beyond The Clouds.
