Cannes Film Festival 2017: Sonam Kapoor rocks a saree on her first appearance

Sonam Kapoor has kick-started her Cannes 2017 journey in style. The B-town fashionista, who will walk the red carpet tomorrow and the day after, is all ready for her media interviews today. Sonam is donning a stunning, Norblack Norwhite creation for her very first Cannes look and she is totally rocking it.

Rhea shared a video clip of Sonam heading for her interviews and wrote, "When you squeeze in press a day early and you gotta run but gotta up the glamour quotient- #sportyspice Day 1 #cannes2017. Behind the scenes with @sonamkapoor @lorealmakeup @namratasoni the most perfect light and the sari that reflects it."

Sonam has been a veteran at Cannes for some time now, and she has been slaying it every time. Sonam had spoken about her Cannes look this year saying that she has not prepared very well for it, as she and her sis Rhea Kapoor were busy with her brand and prepping for their movie Veere Di Wedding. 

Sonam's collagues Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have done their two walks the red carpet this year and both the stars were praised by the fashion police. Sonam mentioned that she is not nervous about her looks as she is seldom criticized for her fashion choices.
