Photos: Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao promote Dangal on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao were today spotted on the sets of Zee Tv's singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa where they went to promote their film Dangal which will be making its TV premiere soon. 

While Aamir sported a grey T-shirt which he paired with denims, Kiran donned a checkered pink dress with a belt at the waist. Both were all smiles for the camera as they posed together. 

Dangal made history in India before Baahubali 2 created a storm at the box office. After setting some precedents in India, the film is currently ruling China's box office as the film minted over INR 500 crore there. The figures is mind blogging and with this Dangal became the first Indian film to have performed exceedingly well in China. 

The movie in fact left behind the Hollywood released in China during the weekend. With this, it has set a new milestone as it made much more money than it minted back in India.

The credit for such a successful run goes to Aamir who enjoys a huge fan following in China, results of which can be seen. Aamir had also visited China to promote the film wherein he travelled to Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu last month. 
 
Dangal's earlier lifetime collection stood at over INR 730 crore. 
 
Apart from this, Aamir is prepping up for his upcoming release Thugs of Hindostan which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Shaikh in the lead roles. Thugs of Hindostan is all set to go on floors from June 1, 2017, and is set to hit the screens during Diwali 2018 weekend. The film will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya of Dhoom 3 fame.
