Cannes 2017: Mallika Sherawat graces the red carpet in a gorgeous gown

It is not only Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who will be gracing the red carpet from India, but our very own Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat will be making an appearance too at the prestigious event.

The 40-year-old recently returned from a vacation in Sicily, Italy with her French boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans and she informed us, she made an appearance at the festival in a gorgeous gown.

According to the reports, the Murder star has donned an outfit by her favourite designer, Georges Hobeika, just like last year.

Right before heading to France, the Bollywood actress posted a short video on her official Instagram account where she broke the big news.

In the video, she can be seen breaking the news that she will be attending the festival. Mallika captioned the video as, “Off to cannes #cannesfilmfestival2017 #cannes #france #lovemyfans.”

Mallika Sherawat is the brand ambassador of Free A Girl, an international organisation dedicated to raising awareness regarding sexual exploitation against children and human trafficking.

Mallika, who also walked the red carpet at the renowned film festival, has become a regular at the festival.

The actress also posted another two posts on her Instagram profile. In one, she hovers the camera to the overview of the Cannes Film Festival, whereas, in her latest post, Mallika can be seen gearing up or the fest.

She captioned the pic as, “Gearing up for red carpet #cannesfilmfestival #cannes #france #majesticbarriere #lovemyfans. 

Apart from this, all eyes are set on Deepika Padukone, who is all set to make her debut at the 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
