Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor bring their madness to the national capital

Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are leaving no stone unturned to make their new film Half Girlfriend reach to the masses.

The duo has been promoting their movie rigorously and with an intention to promote their new romantic drama film, Arjun and Shraddha landed in the national capital.

A special show was organised in New Delhi where both the lead actors of the film performed and interacted with the audience.

Shraddha looked simple and stylish in her casual all-white dress up while Arjun Kapoor opted for a sharp look with his long asymmetrical long coat.

Looking at the pictures, it is clear that Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor thoroughly enjoyed their promotions in New Delhi.

Half Girlfriend is an adaptation of a novel by the same name which was authored by Chetan Bhagat. 

While Arjun Kapoor plays the role of a Bihari boy, Shraddha will be seen as Riya Somani, a rich Delhi brat in the film.

The film is scheduled to release on May 19.

The team shot for the film in the picturesque locales of Delhi, Patna, Dumraon, Varanasi, New York City, and Cape Town.

The makers of the film had re-launched the book with Arjun and Shraddha on its cover. While addressing the media, film's director Mohit Suri made some interesting revelations.

Suri revealed that Half Girlfriend is the first film to be shot in the United Nations and that too free of cost.

While talking about the book, Arjun had earlier said, “I have never read a Chetan Bhagat book in my life. But yes, I have worked on two films adapted from his novels. I think I never faced any problem on that because none of my directors suggested me to read them and those scripts were pretty substantial for me to understand the character.”
