Photos: Bhoomi team parties with Sanjay Dutt and Manyata

Sanjay Dutt is a happy man as has wrapped up the shoot of his comeback film Bhoomi. The movie is directed and co-produced by Omung Kumar and features Sanjay Dutt, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shekhar Suman and Sidhant Gupta. After wrapping up the shoot recently, Sanjay had said, "The experience has been wonderful right from the first day. It's an emotional day for me as we culminate this lovely journey. I'm now looking forward to see the film release soon."

The team is seen here partying at Dutt's house. Hostess Manyata looked lovely in a black saree as she welcomed the guests. Seen here are Shekhar Suman, Aditi Rao Hydari, Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar and Sandeep Singh among others.

Bhoomi is an emotional and sensitive revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter. Sanjay shot in Agra and Chambal for the film.  Producer Omung had said about his heroine Aditi, "We shortlisted Aditi because she's in a good space right now. I love the way she emotes. This, unlike her other projects, will be her film. She's a relatively untapped actress. The father-daughter relationship is an important aspect of the narrative in this revenge drama. Aditi's face perfectly blends softness with a lot of strength. Besides, I like to team up people, who seem unlikely to be cast together, in my movies."

Co-produced by T-Series and Legend Studios, Bhoomi was earlier scheduled to release on August 4. However, the makers have pushed back the release date to September 22.
