PICS: Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt spotted together; is Sadak 2 finally in making?

Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt were spotted outside a film studio (Vishesh Films). The pictures of the three walking together will take you back to the time when Pooja and Sanjay worked together for the film Sadak. 

Sanjay sported a casual avatar as he chose to wear a white t-shirt and denims. Pooja gave her look an ethnic touch by wearing a white and blue kurta with black trousers. Mahesh Bhatt kept it formal as he wore a black shirt with black trousers. 

Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, the film was one of the top grossers of 1991 and was declared a hit. Rumours of Sadak sequel have been doing the rounds for quite some time now. In an earlier interview, Dutt had said that he would want to be a part of Sadak 2. Speaking about it to a daily, Sanjay said, "If 'Sadak 2' ever happens, I would love to do it."

There were rumours that the film is a remake of the 1994 Tamil drama Mahanadi.  When asked about these reports, Dutt said,  "It's a great script - not a remake, but another part [of the same film]. I have spoken to Bhatt saab about it. I hope something comes out of it."

A source had earlier told a daily, "It’s a remake of the 1994 Tamil drama Mahanadi starring Kamal Haasan and dealt with hardcore social issues like as corruption and child trafficking. Alia Bhatt will be seen as the daughter of Sanjay and Pooja and she will go missing and later will be found by Dutt as a sex worker."
