Met Gala 2017: Selena Gomez and The Weeknd make their grand red carpet debut as a couple

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are going strong and how!

The couple made their much awaited red carpet debut at the Met Gala today and could not stop themselves from indulging in some romantic PDA much to the delight of their fans.

The duo both shared adorable pictures from the red carpet posing together and giving us all the romantic feels.

Selena looked gorgeous in a baby pink custom Coach gown with a plunging neckline and a one-sided slit from the pelvic. Her vibrant pink eye make-up added to the charm of her gown. She accessorised the look with a statement choker necklace from Tiffany and carried a small purse with the same pattern as her dress. 

On the other hand, The Weeknd looked dapper in a Valentino tuxedo with a white shirt, black trousers and black shoes. He wore a black bow tie which accentuated his look.

These two are all types of relationship goals!

Meanwhile, the couple was initially spotted by the shutterbugs in Santa Monica where they could not take their hands off each other. This was in January 2017 and since then the couple has been very serious about each other. 

The two even made their relationship Insta-official recently. While The Weeknd shared a cute photo of Selena planting a kiss on his cheek, Selena shared a selfie of the two from Coachella's festival. 

Selena and The Weeknd were earlier in high profile relationships. While Selena was in an on and off relationship with Justin Bieber between 2011 and 2014, The Weeknd dated supermodel Bella Hadid for two years before breaking up in November 2016.
