Sagarika Ghatge: 10 things to know about this gorgeous fiancee of Zaheer Khan

Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge took the viral world by storm today as they announced their engament via cute pictures and social media posts. While Zaheer wrote, "Never laugh at your wife's choices. You are one of them !!!  Partners for life. #engaged @sagarikavghatge," Sagarika shared, "Partners for life. #engaged."

Isn't that adorable? Since then, wishes have been pouring in for Zaheer and Sagarika from their cricketer friends and celebs, not to mention the very many wishes of excited fans.

1. Sagarika featured as the female lead in the Punjabi movie Dildariyaan, that released on 9 October 2015.

2. For her role in Chak De! India, Ghatge received the Screen Award for Best Supporting Actress.

3. Sagarika had hinted about her relationship with Zaheer sometime back saying,“Let’s just say I am in a very happy space right now. I have never spoken about my personal relationships. In fact, I have never spoken about anything to the press.Personal space is not for discussion.” 

4. Sagarika recently featured in the movie Irada. Directed by Aparnaa Singh and produced by Falguni Patel and Prince Soni, the film featured  Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi, Divya Dutta, Sharad Kelkar, and Sagarika Ghatge in lead roles.

5. Sagarika was seen in the sixth season of adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi.

6. Sagarika has got royal roots. Her father is a member of the royal family of Kagal. Sita Raje Ghatge is Sagarika's grandmother, who is the daughter of Maharaja Tukojirao Holkar III of Indore.
