Kangana Ranaut is a happy actress today as she wrapped one of her much awaited film shoots - Simran. The power house actress looked stunning in a Michelle Mason outfit that she sported for the special occasion.In the movie, Kangana plays a Gujarati housekeeper. Kangana had been taking diction lessons on Gujarati and seemed to be acing it, as per the buzz. Well, we are sure she will stun us all, in this one.
The lovely actress is seen posing with her team of Hansal Mehta and Shailesh Singh at the party. The movie is set to release on 15th September.
Other than Simran, Kangana will also be seen in the period drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. Talking about the role's preparation, she said: "I am learning sword fighting and horse riding for the film. As of now, all things are going well. We will start shooting of the film in first week of June and we are announcing the project in first week of May in a big way."
Kangana's last movie Rangoon was a debacle at the box office. The movie, which also featured Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan was riding on high hopes. However, it unfortunately did not catch the audience's eye. Kangana had mentioned that there was possibly a slip in their presentation that the movie fared so badly.
Recently, the actress commented on the controversial topic that has been taking Bollywood by storm - Sonu Nigam's comment on Azaans being played in louspeakers. Kangana said, "I like all the religious activities and I go to every religious places be it mosque, temple, gurudwara or in church. But this is my personal opinion. But It doesn't mean that what he (Sonu Nigam) has said should not be considered. That's his opinion and he should be respected for that."
