Farhan Akhtar and Twinkle Khanna papped in the city

Recently, Farhan Akhtar and Twinkle Khanna were papped in the city and we loved their casual look. While it was a shorts-and-sneakers-kind-of-a-lazy look for Farhan Akhtar, Twinkle Khanna looked simple yet chic in her casual look.

The talented entrepreneur-and-writer Twinkle Khanna has recently turned producer and she will be producing the movie PadMan which stars Akshay Kumar. PadMan is based on the story Twinkle wrote in her latest book- Mrs Funny Bones The Legends of Lakshmi Prasad. Recently, we had spotted Twinkle with her son Aarav on a movie date and she makes sure she spends quality time with her children. Some time back Twinkle posted a picture with Aarav on social media and wrote, “Scrabble time and trying to make a comeback after a humiliating defeat at the hands of my 14-year-old.” Aww!             

While Farhan Akhtar is busy shooting for Ranjit Tiwari’s Lucknow Central and the actor will be essaying the role of a prisoner who forms a band along with other jail inmates. For the same, a massive set (of the jail) has been built across two acres in Film City, Mumbai.

Besides movies, Farhan makes sure he voices his opinion that needs public attention. Recently, Akhtar had expressed his ire over the video in which security personnel is being roughed up by a youth while he was returning from a polling booth in Srinagar. The actor posted a video on Twitter, he wrote, “The footage of our soldiers being slapped and heckled is sickening..their restraint admirable. Action must be taken.”
