Anil Kapoor was clicked looking dapper at the IIFA Voting Weekend which is being held in the city.
The IIFA voting weekend kick-started today in Mumbai wherein members of the Indian film industry are invited to show their support to IIFA and vote for their peers. The awards are presented annually to the greatest of talents from the industry lauding them for their performance in that particular year.
The 18th edition of the IIFA Awards will be held this July in the New York city.
The voting weekend is being held from April 14-16. On the Day 1 of the event, Jhakaas Anil Kapoor was snapped at the venue looking dapper. He paired a beige colored sweatshirt with black pants and completed the look wearing a pair of shades which really complimented his look. Apart from him, Gulshan Grover was also spotted at the event. Towards the evening, more and more stars are expected to take part in the event.
On the work front, Anil Kapoor recently returned to India after wrapping up his 2-month long shooting schedule in London for his upcoming movie Mubarakan. The movie also stars Athiya Shetty, Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles. Anil will be seen playing a turban-clad Sikh character in the movie.
During his stay in London, the senior actor took to his social media handles to share candid pictures from the sets. The cast is expected to begin shooting the remaining scenes in the city itself.
Directed by Anees Bazmee, Mubarakan will portray Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s real-life relationship of uncle and nephew in the film. The movie is expected to release later this year.
