Shraddha Kapoor performs at the opening ceremony of IPL in Kolkata

Between shootings and promotions, Shraddha Kapoor makes sure that she takes out time for something that she totally loves and that being dancing. We all know that Shraddha is a spectacular dancer and recently, the actress performed at the seventh opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League in Kolkata. Yes, Shraddha Kapoor dazzled at the Eden Gardens when she danced to the tunes of some of her peppy numbers.

Shraddha set the stage on fire when she performed to popular songs from movies such as Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain. And you know who accompanied Shraddha to Kolkata, her father, Shakti Kapoor. Aww!

But what is noteworthy is Shraddha’s outfit during her performance because the actress chose to wear a plain blue jeans and a shimmery netted top and we totally loved it. 

The opening ceremony ahead of the Kolkata Knight Riders-Kings XI Punjab also witnessed a scintillating performance by Monali Thakur. As a matter of fact, the 10^th edition of IPL will witness eight opening ceremonies, with the eighth and final ceremony in Delhi.

On the movie front, Shraddha has wrapped up the shooting of Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend and the actress is busy with the shooting of Haseena Parkar’s biopic directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Shraddha is going all out to market Half Girlfriend as she has been posting the stills of the movie on Instagram. Half Girlfriend is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy based on the 2014 best-selling novel by the same name by writer Chetan Bhagat.
