Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla head to Kolkata for their IPL match
Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla spotted at Mumbai airport leaving for Kolkata to attend KKR’s next match on April 13.
Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla, who together own the IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), were snapped at the Mumbai airport late night. The Bollywood actors, who have been partners in the team since the inception of IPL, were flying to Kolkata to attend their next big match on April 13.
Their team will take on Preity Zinta’s team Kings XI Punjab. King Khan and Juhi, both looked in a relaxed and chilled out mood and happily posed for the shutterbugs as well. KKR’s match on April 13 will be hosted at Eden Gardens Stadium and this will be their first home ground match in the 10th edition of IPL.
And as we earlier reported, Shraddha Kapoor will perform at Kolkata Knight Riders’ IPL 2017 opening ceremony along with National Award winning singer Monali Thakur. The Kolkata Knight Riders have had a mixed start to their campaign this year. After winning their first match against the Gujarat Lions by 10 wickets, they lost out in an extremely tight contest to the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium.
Hence, it will be interesting to see what happens in their next outing. Also, the fans are curious whether SRK’s young lad Abram will make an appearance with his actor father or not because he is also considered as King Khan’s lucky charm. The father-son duo made a lot of headlines when they were spotted twinning with same tattoos at Rajkot’s IPL match. On the work front, the 51-year-old actor is currently shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Ring’ and has also started the talks with Anana L Rai’s next project where we might see SRK playing a dwarf.
