Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor unveil Half Girlfriend's first trailer
Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor arrive for the first trailer launch of Half Girlfriend.
After teasing the audience for quite sometime now, the makers of Half Girlfriend are all set to unveil the first trailer of their movie today. The trailer, which will hit the web in a while is being launched at a suburban theatre in Mumbai with the lead cast - Arjun Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and the director Mohit Suri.
While Shraddha Kapoor looks pretty in a white high neck printed maxi dress coupled with a pair of nude heels, center-parted low ponytail and a fresh face of makeup, Arjun is wearing a black asymmetrical hem kurta which had zipper detailing on it, along with black jeans, black oxfords and reflective sunglasses.
The movie is directed by Mohit Suri and is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name. The posters of the film released recently, and they created quite a stir. The first poster of the movie saw both Arjun and Shraddha share a candid moment together amidst rains whereas the second poster replicated the book's cover.
Half Girlfriend is all set to release on May 19, 2017.
Apart from Half Girlfriend, Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in Apoorva Lakhia's Haseena which is a biopic on the life of Haseena Parkar. The movie also stars Siddhanth Kapoor, who plays the role of Dawood Ibrahim, and is slated for a July 14 release. The first look of Shraddha and Siddhanth was recently unveiled when the crew wrapped up its shoot.
Arjun Kapoor, on the other hand, will be next seen in Mubarakan. The film was being shot in London and was wrapped up two days back. Arjun has a twin role in the movie and will be seen sharing screen space with his uncle Anil Kapoor for the first time. Directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Sony, Mubarakan also stars Athiya Shetty, Ileana D'Cruz and Neha Sharma in the lead. The movie releases on July 28, 2017.
