Kareena Kapoor Khan is leaving no stone unturned in losing those extra kilos that she gained after giving birth to her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan in December. From rigorously following a diet to taking up pilates and now signing up for a yoga session, Bebo is doing it all.

Yesterday, the gorgeous actress was spotted exiting the studio after wrapping up her yoga class along with BFF Amrita Arora.

Looking pretty in black body hugging track pants and a white ganji, Kareena smilingly entered her car before zooming off. At this pace, it won't be surprising if Kareena is back to her gorgeous self in a month's time.

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently gearing up for her next film Veere Di Wedding. The movie also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in the lead. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor, Veere Di Wedding is expected to go on-floors next month.

Recently, there were also reports that Kareena has been approached for Karan Johar's next production. However, sources close to both Kareena and Karan denied the story and said that the besties are busy with their babies and don't plan to collaborate on the professional front anytime soon.

Interestingly, in an interview with a leading daily, Kareena opened up on the criticism she is facing for being out and about, just after giving birth to Taimur in December. She said, "Yes, I was on my feet a few days after the delivery, but it's upsetting to have people judge you for it. No one has the right to comment on how I conduct myself or what sort of a mother I am. Everyone seems to have an opinion. Postpartum depression is not a must, right? It's whimsical to generalise that every woman goes through that phase, almost making it sound like a norm. Every pregnancy and every mother's journey with her child during those nine months and afterwards is different. You can't draw parallels. No one out there really knows me or what I am feeling at a given time. How can anyone decide on my behalf whether I am supposed to feel depressed or if I can step out before 45 days? If I'm spoken about like that, what would it be like for other women?"
