Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan acted as commentators during the first IPL match of the season.
Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan have worked together in many movies including Kya Kehna, Salaam Namaste and Kal Ho Na Ho. Well, here they are together again, not for a film this time, but as commentators at one of the Indian Premier League matches.
Preity, who is the co-owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab, has always been very involved with the matches and it is no different this year. However, Preity started the tournament on a fun note with her favorite co-star Saif. The two are seen here having a blast at one of the first matches of the season. While Preity was supporting Royal Challengers Bangalore, Saif was rooting for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Well, as luck would have it SRH beat RCB by 35 runs, leaving Preity to mourn the loss. However, being the sport that she is, Preity took it with a pinch of salt.
Saif himself is not a novice to cricket, being the son of legendary Indian cricketer Tiger Pataudi. The two cricket-celebrating actors therefore had a blast during the opening match of the season.
On the work front, Saif Ali Khan will be next seen in Kaalakaandi and the Hindi remake of the Hollywood hit, Chef . The handsome actor was last seen in the much hyped movie Rangoon, alongside Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor. However, the movie did not fare well at the box office.
