Deepika offers prayers at the Ganga Aarti ceremony in Rishikesh and it's mesmerising

Deepika Padukone is all set to resume the shoot of her much awaited movie Padmavati. The  movie directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali also features Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. The team has been in the news for the wrong reasons, for some time now. While Deepika plays Rani Padmavati in the movie, Ranveer plays Alauddin Khilji and Shahid plays Deepika's husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh. Though team Padmavati released an official statement saying that there will be absolutely no scenes between Deepika and Ranveer in the movie, there has been some confusion among the audience on that front. Wel, we do wish the team a more peaceful and successful shooting stint ahead.

Deepika is seen here offering prayers at the very holy Ganga Aarti ceremony in Rishikesh. The Padmavati heroine is seen immersed in the prayer ceremony and is joined by her mom Ujjala Padukone.

The gorgeous actress was last seen in the Hollywood flick xXx Return of Xander Cage. The movie, which featured Deepika opposite Vin Diesel, became a hit at the box office. 

Deepika mentioned in an interview recently, that she is also looking at new scripts, both in Bollywood and Hollywood. However, the power house actress mentioned that she has not finalized on any project.
