Ranveer Singh spotted in the city and we loved his mellowed-down look

Looks like this mad-hatter loves his hats and it is rare that we spot him sans his headgear. Recently, we snapped Ranveer Singh in the city and like always, he posed for the shutterbugs. But thank god, he was seen wearing a plain black jeans and grey hoodie. Yes, you heard that right! Ranveer didn’t go overboard with his look and decided to ditch the neon-and-shiny-disco kind of clothes. Lately, Ranveer has been sporting this bearded look and it is, supposedly, for his character of Alauddin Khilji in Padmavati.

Nowadays, Ranveer Singh, seemingly has a lot of free time because with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati shooting on hold, we have spotted this actor on the streets of Mumbai a lot of time. Recently, Ranveer was spotted outside Shankar Mahadevan’s studio and if the rumor-mills are to be believed, Ranveer has collaborated with Anushka Manchanda.   

After Aditya Chopra’s Befikre, Ranveer Singh is shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. As Ranveer will be seen playing the role of Alauddin Khilji in the movie, he has been prepping up for the role and his bearded look is part of the character in the movie. Also, Ranveer will be seen romancing Alia Bhatt in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy.

Besides movies, Ranveer is busy with his endorsement projects and he had recently visited Switzerland. Recently, Ranveer Singh was named the Indian ambassador for Switzerland Tourism, and since then, the actor hasn’t shied away from displaying his love for the Alps.
