Farhan Akhtar was snapped post a lunch date with his mom Honey Irani and Lara Dutta was spotted in the city.
Stars had a busy day in the city as Farhan Akhtar and Lara Dutta were snapped the shutterbugs.
Farhan Akhtar was spotted with his mom Honey Irani post a lunch date. Farhan posed for the paparazzi before making his way inside the car. The handsome hunk kept it casual-cool in a black tee and jeans with sunglasses.
Farhan was last seen in Rock On 2 which did not fare well at the box-office. His next is Lucknow Central which is being helmed by Ranjit Tiwari and is slated to release on September 15, 2017. Produced by Nikkhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment, the movie also stars Diana Penty, Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, Ronit Roy and Rajesh Sharma.
Farhan will be seen playing the role of a struggling Bhojpuri actor and has been watching movies of popular Bhojpuri stars like Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan. The movie went on floors last month.
Lara Dutta was also clicked by the shutterbugs. Lara looked pretty in a blue printed kaftan and a royal blue skirt.
Lara is back as a producer as she is all set to produce her second film under her production house Bheegi Basanti Entertainment. The script of the movie is about an NRI mother's journey who is in search of the anonymous donor who fathered her son. The movie will star her Chalo Dilli co-star Vinay Pathak.
Lara confirmed the news and said, "We at Bheegi Basanti Entertainment have been on the lookout for another story that had the same humour and emotionally connect that Chalo Dilli had and have finally found that with a script that National Award winning director Sushil Rajpal has brought us. It is liberating and refreshing to pursue great stories and bring them alive on celluloid through challenging and lovable characters and most importantly to make people laugh and cry at the same time."
