Photos: Deepika Padukone takes off to Dehradun, Sonam Kapoor returns from London
Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor get snapped at the Mumbai airport.
Mumbai airport was buzzing with celebrities today. Photographers caught a glimpse of Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor at the airport as they took off to their respective destinations.
While Deepika Padukone was snapped when she was taking off to Dehradun, Sonam Kapoor was clicked as she returned to Mumbai from her London vacation.
Sonam Kapoor sported an all black monotone look where she wore a black crop top and a pair of black high-waisted skinny jeans, along with a black blazer layered over her outfit. She wore black oxfords and carried a metal strapped cross body bag along with black sunglasses that completed her look.
Deepika, on the other hand, wore blue ankle grazers, blush pink sweater, Chanel canvas tote along with white Nike sneakers. She closed her look with a sleek low pony tail and an over-sized sunglasses.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone is currently busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati that also stars Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead. The shoot of the movie is currently stalled as few activists of Karni Sena damaged its set twice and also misbehaved with the director. Rumours suggest, that the crew of Padmavati will resume shooting from next week. The movie is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.
Sonam Kapoor is now expected to begin shooting for Padman that stars Akshay Kumar in the lead. Akshay is currently shooting for the same with Radhika Apte in Madhya Pradesh. Directed by R. Balki and produced by Twinkle Khanna, Padman is slated to release sometime in the second half of the year. Sonam Kapoor is also gearing up for the shoot of Veere Di Wedding that also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in the lead. The film is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and is produced by Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor.
