Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu attend a special screening of their upcoming movie Naam Shabana in the capital
Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu are busy promoting Shivam Nair’s spy thriller Naam Shabana. After traveling to various cities, Akshay and Taapsee were spotted in the capital for a special screening of the movie. Recently, Delhi Police organized a special screening of the movie for its female officers in the presence of Akshay Kumar and looks like, the screening was thoroughly enjoyed by the officers. Around 100 women police officers from various ranks and divisions of Delhi Police watched the women-centric film and the screening was held at a multiplex in Delhi’s Connaught Place.
After promoting the movie at the Gargi College, Delhi University, the cast of the movie made a stellar entry at the special screening of the movie. But it seems that Akshay doesn’t waste any chance to flex his muscles as he wrote on social media, “Get ready for some kicks & self-defence tricks with me & #NaamShabana cast- main ground, Gargi College, University of Delhi at 10 am tomorrow. Before going in for the screening, Taapsee Pannu took to social media and wrote, “Few hours before the first screening of #NaamShabana begins. Words fail when I think of expressing how much I waited to see this day.”
While Taapsee rocked the monochrome look, Akshay, like always, charmed us in his casual avatar. Along with Akshay and Taapsee, Manoj Bajpayee was also spotted during the screening. Naam Shabana is a prequel to 2015 film Baby and it portrays the journey of actress Taapsee Pannu’s character to becoming a secret agent.
