Actress Twinkle Khanna is on a roll. She has had a busy schedule this week and has been papped at many events and social gatherings. While earlier in the week she unveiled a new beauty product which she has recently started endorsing, that night she also attended Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father's prayer meeting with her mother Dimple Kapadia.
Yesterday, the gorgeous lady attended an event in the capital. Dressed in a black chequered pant suit, Twinkle looked absolutely ravishing as she posed for the photogs. She was there to attend India Today Woman award and summit.
After wrapping up her panel discussion, Twinkle before exiting the event obliged a few fans with pictures and autographs. She even posed with a fan of hers for a photo, making them smile.
On the work front, Twinkle has recently donned the producers hat with her husband Akshay Kumar's upcoming film Padman. The movie is being directed by R. Balki and also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in the lead. The shoot of the film -- inspired by Arunachalam Muruganantham who found a way to make cheap, affordable sanitary napkins for women in his village -- got underway last week in Indore.
When asked about the same to Twinkle at an event, the actress said, "It (shoot) is going very well. Mr Muruganantham was also there. It's a wonderful project. It will bring awareness about something which has so far been cloaked and shamed, and I am very happy to be a part of the film."
