Photos: Akshay Kumar's son Aarav Bhatia playfully dodges the paparazzi

Aarav Bhatia was spotted by the shutterbugs outside a suburban theatre.

Aarav Bhatia is one of the most popular star kids in the industry but he has always managed to keep a low profile and is not spotted often except with his parents Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna. But this week, Aarav has not been spotted once but twice in a row.

While the last time he was spotted outside a theatre, even this time he was spotted outside a suburban theatre. This time he was spotted with a lady friend of his and he playfully dodged the shutterbugs who were continuously clicking his pictures. He quickly made his way to the car and left.

Aarav looked handsome in a black tee, plaid shirt and black pants. He sported black sneakers and an army green cap.

Aarav was recently in Maheshwar, Indore with his family. Akshay is currently shooting for PadMan there which is being produced by Twinkle's production house Mrs. Funnybones. PadMan is being helmed by R. Balki and also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte. The movie is based on Arunachalam Muruganantham, the inventor of low-cost sanitary pads for women from rural areas.

Twinkle even shared a picture of herself with Aarav as they played a game of scrabble together. The mother-son duo has always been very close to each other. Twinkle often recounts stories of how her son always embarrasses her. Twinkle also revealed on Koffee With Karan that Aarav is very comfortable when it comes to talking about girls and sex with her.
