Shah Rukh Khan along with his director Imtiaz Ali watched Anushka Sharma's Phillauri last night at Yash Raj Studios.
Anushka Sharma held a screening of her upcoming film Phillauri for her near and dear ones last night at Yash Raj studios. Anushka's next film's co-star Shah Rukh Khan along with his director Imtiaz Ali made it a point to attend the screening among others who came for it.
Shah Rukh, who was dressed in a black t-shirt, was clicked while he was seated in his car as he arrived for the screening. He acknowledged the photographer by giving a thumbs up pose before heading inside the venue.
Director Imtiaz Ali on the other hand arrived later with a friend. The director was all smiles for the photogs.
SRK got on to Twitter and praised Anushka's film too. He posted, "Phillauri the attempt at doing wot u believe in. @AnushkaSharma @diljitdosanjh #anshai #karnesh keep believing in the impossible."
Phillauri directed by Anshai Lal and produced by Anushka Sharma, is slated to release tomorrow. The movie also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma in the lead.
Post Phillauri, Anushka will be seen romancing Shah Rukh Khan in Imtiaz Ali's yet to be titled film. The movie releases on August 25, 2017. The first look of SRK-Anushka's film was shared by Salman Khan. Interestingly, this is the third time that both Shah Rukh and Anushka will be pairing up with each other, the first two being Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. SRK and Anushka recently walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra for the recently concluded Mijwaan fashion show. Meanwhile, Anushka will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani's upcoming film on Sanjay Dutt's life that stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.
