Celebs galore attend a screening of Phillauri

It has been a busy day for Sonakshi Sinha. After attending a song launch event of her movie Noor, Sonakshi is seen here attending a screening of the Anushka Sharma movie Phillauri. The movie directed by Anshai Lal and produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma under the banner of Fox Star Studios and Clean Slate Films. It is directed by Navdeep Singh and writen by Sudip Sharma. The film features Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma in the lead roles and is scheduled to release this weekend. 

Anushka plays the friendly ghost Shashi in the movie. The lovely actress recently took to social media to promote her movie in a unique way. Anushka has also been attending various events and promoting her movie at interviews through the last couple of weeks. 

Sonakshi on the other hand is excited about her movie Noor.  The movie is directed by Sunhil Sippy and is based on Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz's novel Karachi, You're Killing Me! and follows a Pakistani journalist-writer Noor's misadventures and love life as she navigates her way through Mumbai. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 21 April.

Also seen here is Kriti Sanon, who will next be seen in the movie Raabta. The film is directed by Dinesh Vijan and produced by Homi Adajania, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan. The film also stars Sushant Singh Rajput as the male lead. It is scheduled for release on 9 June.

Other celebs including Rekha, Rajkumar Hirani, Ashutosh Gowarikar and Kunal Kohli also attended the screening.
