Kajol’s day out with mommy Tanuja

Wondering what Kajol is up to after Dilwale? Well, the actress is utilising her free time to a tee before she starts shooting for her upcoming projects.  
The actress was spotted along with mother Tanuja, walking out after attending a friend’s store launch. The mother-daughter duo looked stylish even in a casual avatar. While Kajol opted for a loose jumpsuit, mommy Tanuja kept it uber simple with a white shirt and blue denims.

2017 is going to be a busy year for Kajol as she already has three projects line up.  First up is Velaiilla Pattadhari 2, which marks her return to the Tamil film industry after 19 years! The actress made her Kollywood debut with Minasara Kanavu in 1997. VIP 2 is her second Tamil outing and will see her sharing the screen space with Dhanush. First look posters of the film are already out.

Kajol has also signed up for a project with director Anand Gandhi of Ship of Theseus fame. The untitled project will be a big screen adaptation of Anand’s play that will feature Kajol in the role of a single mother.

All kicked up about the project, Kajol said, “He (Anand Gandhi) will not be directing the film, he has written it (story). We are still in scripting stage, final scripting is going on. I am playing a single mother in this film. It's a nice story and I am excited about this role.”

Rumour mills are also abuzz that the actress is going to star one of husband Ajay Devgn’s productions that will be on the lines of the Malayalam movie, How Old Are You? We are yet to hear more about this one.
