Anushka, Alia and Sidharth catch a screening of Phillauri

Anushka Sharma is a happy actress as her film Phillauri is releasing this weekend. The pretty actress was all smiles as she was clicked by the paps. Phillauri is directed by Anshai Lal and produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma under the banner of Fox Star Studios and Clean Slate Films. It is directed by Navdeep Singh and written by Sudip Sharma. The film features Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma in the lead roles and is scheduled to release this weekend.

Anushka has been promoting the film extensively in person and also on social media. The lovely lady plays a friendly ghost Shashi in the movie, who has haunted everyone including Shah Rukh Khan, so far. Anushka mentioned that she had a blast playing Shashi and that she always had an affinity for supernatural stories. Sidharth Malhotra and alleged girlfriend Alia Bhatt came together for the screening. They were all smiles as they were clicked by the paps.

Alia will soon start working on her superhero flick with Ayan Mukerji and Ranbir Kapoor, Dragon. Ranbir is currently working on his Sanjay Dutt biopic and will kick-start Dragon only after completing the Rajkumar Hirani movie. Sidharth on the other hand will next be seen in Reload opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. The movie is directed by Raj & D. K written alone with Sita Menon. It is scheduled to release on 25 August.
