Phillauri’s Shashi accompanies Anushka on the flight to Delhi
Anushka Sharma posts a video on Instagram where Shashi is accompanying her to Delhi for Phillauri’s promotions
Thanks to Anushka Sharma’s marketing team, we have started to love the friendly ghost in Phillauri and her unique antics. For all those who don’t know, we are talking about Shashi and her omnipresence in the world of cinema. From Oscars to Life of Pi, Sholay, PK and SRK’s Mannat, Shashi was everywhere, literally.
On a promotional spree, Anushka Sharma has taken over the social media by posting quirky and intriguing pictures of her movie. In a series of Instagram posts, Anushka shared a set of Bollywood posters and pictures by tweaking them and embedding Shashi in it. But this time around, Shashi is, visibly, accompanying the actress on the flight. That’s right!
As Anushka Sharma is busy traveling for the promotions of her latest outing Phillauri, she, recently, boarded the flight for Delhi. Besides the cast and crew of the movie, Anushka Sharma was accompanied by our dear Shashi. And looks like it is Shashi’s maiden flight as she is being given travel instructions before taking off to Delhi. Anushka Sharma posted a video on Instagram and wrote, “Shashi getting travel details before taking off to Delhi! #SHASHIWASTHERE.”
If this is not enough, Anushka Sharma was seen wearing customized golden Phillauri shoes on her way to Delhi. Now, that is plain cool, we say!
Anushka Sharma ventured into production with 2015 thriller NH10 and Phillauri is Sharma’s second production. In her upcoming Hindi romantic comedy movie, Phillauri by Anshai Lal, Anushka plays a non-living character i.e. a ghost bride and the movie also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma.
